There is a method to look down on the prep strafe I mean all you can strafe down ?

Such a mod would be pretty amazing... I mean, your character's head would... ROTATE SLIGHTLY DEPENDING ON THE HEIGHT OF YOUR TARGET!!! MOD OF THE YEAR!!!

We need to dedicate all modding efforts towards this, even if it means putting friendships at risk to find it.

People can do whatever they like... really that is what modding is for. Adding what you want to the game. So do whatever you want guys.

To answer the original poster's question: I don't know any methods of doing it.
