To get the helmet, you only have to win one Go-Kart race, i think...

Yeah you get the "Crash helmet" by winning one go-kart race. It's really ugly and it looks stupid with the moped so I just don't wear a helmet.

They dont really bust you for no helmet.  Ive ridden around alot and unless your stopped in their face they wont mess with you.  You can roll right in front of a cop and get off and he wont care.

you can get 2 different helmets bike and crash (bike is cooler)
