Title: Pink texture? :/

I downloaded a Skin for Johnny (GR lead_Johnny.nft) and open world.img, deleted the original file and put the new texture, then i rebuild the archive but when i open my bully Johnny have a pink texture... how to fix this, i do everything correctly?

You need a textures folder, just on C:/, I'm pretty sure.
