Title: 'The Urbans' Bullies Re-Texture.

So, this is my FIRST EVER Texture re-skin ever, even in the history of Games I played. I think it's poor but I'm glad I attempted. I plan on making new versions and making it more bootyifiul.

(PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS ONLY A GRAY TINT ADDED, DOESN'T REALLY CHANGE THE COLOR BUT IT STILL IS SOMETHING :3. Oh and I added a text with the shirt.)

That's the idea, Russell will be Black mixed with some Bright-yellow-white(ish) thing, the Bullies will be Slightly Black mixed with Red.
