Title: Prefect/police can't go to some places?

You can edit pedpop.dat to spawn prefects (or any other faction) in the boys dorm. However if a prefect is chasing you and you get inside the dorm then he won't enter.

well,you can spawn the Pajama version one by spawn Pedro and Sheldon from ide.img or LUA,there should be one of those who will spawn
