When I install the BETA uniforms to the characters , they are pink

If they are pink, it means that they don't have any textures. 

You either typed wrong name for the .nft files or just forgot them.  They havve to be the same name as the .nif    .

If it's Walter20210 who made the mod you got, I don't think he embeds his textures. For his textures to work, you have to put the TGA files he includes in C:/TEXTURES I think it was.
