Its easy to get the moped and u have to have a helmet though.

Cool! Thats true reality! First buying a helmet, ant then a moped! Can you lock it outside the school like a ordinary bike to? And can it be stolen?

The moped is cool, but...

After you finish all the go-kart races (around the city too), you earn the go-kart itself. It goes hella fast, and you don't even need a helmet. It totally blows the moped out of the water. :D

Yeah I threw a guy off his scooter and rode off on it - but I kept on getting chased by the cops cause whenever I got on it It said I didnt have a helmet.

Guess it must be unlockable somewhere right?

Well, after you finish all the five go-kart races at the carnival then the street races will be unlocked. You'll want to wait until the blue skies industrial place is unlocked, because there will be a race located there.

Anyway, after you finish all the races, then the go-kart will be unlocked. It'll be located right next to the school's garage, near the auto-shop.
