I beat the game, now what?

Side missions are pretty fun, but other than those what can I do? Free-Roam?

I always like to go up on places "Where Jimmy Cant Be Busted" and shoot the Students and Townspeople with Spudgun, Bottle Rocket Launcher, and Rubberband Ball.
