I know how you cna get them, but it takes you a while to get to them in the the game.

Anyone know how to get them without doing the msisions?

found one in a locker but i aint got that far in the game to know where else you can get them

i found 2 in 2 lockers in a row, but it was like 12 at nite so i had no1 to use them on :(
