How to unlock Panda suit in PC Version guys like Lemon is this video  :-\

How does he get that panda head  O0

You can get the panda hat by completing a class exclusive to scholarship edition. Can't remember which though.
The entire suit as a whole isn't available without mods though.

you can find the file in world.img and you can get the nascar outfit too

Its not really a secret. It was release with the first multi-bodyguard script along time ago
