I can't install vsc 2008 can someone help me :'(

You can't install vsc 2008.... why? We need more details. What was the error?

I'm sure tons of people know how to fix your issue, but, it's hard to know what exactly the issue is that we're fixing when you're too lazy to type out a simple little message.

hmm Maybe your specs? It all depends. What OS do you have? (eg. Windows 7, Windows XP etc.)
Maybe it's not compatible with your OS version? :hmm:
Run as administrator? No idea.
