Title: how to open a col file?

The vehicles in Bully seems to use 3 types of files nif, nft and col. While nft contains the textures, nif the model and col should contain the colision model. Is there a tool to open that col files?

No tool currently exists for this file format. it is not the same as what was used for the gta games and will require a custom tool to be coded. i currently have my hands full working on a massive mod and can't spare any attention or time to do this yet.
