I'm going to work on adding more quotes, and maybe even try to find a way to remove the noise the Tandem grapple makes

Can you link me this mod, or can someone link me a mod which has a ACTUAL WORKING GRAPPLER? I mean, I want one where you can fucking hold someone while another person punches them.
