No, i do not believe so. They arent really going to fix any bugs in a week or so.

I presume that the only possible difference as to why the UK IGN team gave it a higher review, because it doesn't have the bugs and glitches that the US version has. That's what I think. I hope it is at least!

The only difference in review (as said on one of the IGN boards) is because US and UK IGN are seperated sites with a whole different team of reviewers. Therefore, you could expect a difference in opinion.

And yes, Canis Canem Edit and Bully are both the same games with no changes (according to reviews).

I think games get released later in Europe because of the shipping and in this case name changing.
