where I can find water balloons in the game??
bcoz I saw a bully making one and throwing on a nerd... lol it was so cool :lol:

I just said press triangle at anywhere water comes from and instead of taking a drink you will fill up a water balloon

Across the street from the comic book shop, there's an alley that has a wall, a spray paint spot, and a ladder up to the roof of a building. A townie will give you an errand on top of the building to waterballoon three people, and then after you complete that, the balloons are unlocked all the time.

Yeah... I got the water balloons
a while back... they are pretty
cool, except for the fact that
you can only carry one at a time.

The comic store is in Bullworth Town. When you cross the bridge...go left. As you come up to the 1st cross street...it should be on the corner to your right.

That stinks............ they're kinda cool,
