If so, they propably named him after that guy who died, to remember him or something.
Thats very thoughtful if it is indeed their intention.
But.... Russell.... You had so much to do, in russell mod, you died so young T_T

^Probably not.
There are many people with same/similar names to Bully characters. Out of all 200+, there must be some with the same name.
