It seems that another website has reuploaded DaBOSS' Super Mod 3.0 (without permission?).
Any thoughts?

They apparently copy/pasted a preview screencap from Zombie Edition and used it for a mod that has nothing to do with it.

Interesting.  Looks like it may have been around awhile.  Nice layout.

I can't read 99% of it though.

I contacted them regarding promoting each other's websites. Hopefully, they'll understand english and respond.
If not... I might have caused World War 3.

Yes, I know what most of it says.

All characters says:

Super mod 3.0:
"Super mod - global mod for the game Bully: Scholarship Edition. With this mod you will be able to:

    Select the main character (more than 250 characters)
    Use any weapon
    Select time in the game
    Freeze time
    Move to any place (school, city, mental hospital, etc.)
    Select season
    Change the weather
    Manage the health of the main character
    Choose the music in the game
    Select transport (bicycles, mopeds, taxis, etc.)
    Remove the prefects and police
    Open any door in the game
    and a lot of other little things ...

Installation Instructions:

    Download Super mod v3.0.
    Unzip to any location.
    Copy files and scripts scripts.dir Scripts folder in the folder Scripts, which is in the directory with the game (Before you do this, be sure to create a backup of the old scripts.dir and scripts).
    Start the game and enjoy!

Management in Super Mod v3.0:

In order to manage the mod Super Mod v3.0, just press and hold down the "W (X)" in the game and clicking left / right arrow to select the mode fashion.

Not sure about the player selector, but player selector is DaBOSS's version, not Mad's. They dont even give credit. wow
