Title: Add a New Pedstat Entry?

Can it be done? For example: Give Pinkie her own stats. Rather then her using the STAT_GS_FEMALE_A.

Yep.

Just copy paste a stat and rename it.

Maybe, just copy the last line and edit it as you wish and give it it's own name.
You'll need to make sure you edit the stat they use in... ide.img I think it is as well.

It works, Walter did it once.
Yet your game may crash in the few first times you try.
