hey can someone make or give me a mod to where jimmy spawns in freeroam because I don't  know how to do it

Actually you can,but if u spawn him by Hex editing he wont move,react,talk,fight or do anything,he'll just stand there,but you can hit him and attack him(I forgot how to spawn him at ide),but u can spawn him easily with DaBOSS's SuperMod V 3,and he'll act exactly as i told u.
