Title: Weird shizzle under the floor in the Lighthouse

Title pretty much explains it. Here's a few pics. I don't even remember how I noticed this, but whatever.

I wonder, why is it even there?

Probably just something Rockstar didn't intend for us to even see. I do know that there is water under the entire town. Several time's while I've been playing a glitch occurred where the street or ground didn't load and Jimmy fell through the ground landing in Water where he proceeded to drown over and over until I shut my console off. It was a pinkish grayish color as well and that looks to be it!
