He probably will be soon, he's violated multiple rules. I'd say a temporary ban as a warning then we'll see how he is when he gets back, though I kind of think it'll just be resulting in a ban at that time. I'm not a moderator here but, that's what I'd do.

Sometimes we miss this stuff. You guys need to help us by reporting the unnecessary behavior if you see it.

BUT - if you report posts just because you don't like someone, you'll get a temporary ban for abusing the system.
