Title: How do I throw firecrackers backwards while running?

I know there's a method that was displayed in-game but I forgot how. Any help:?:

Yeah when your running press R3 and then press R1.

that or just TAP R1, thatl do it. works good when your running and arent used to clicking in R3 (wiich i havent done yet)
