After Halloween, how do you get kick me signs?

From lockers. You can also get those volcano 4000 things from lockers.

You can steal them from bullies but they rarely have em.

You light it, lay it on the ground. Then people will crowd around, watching as the sparks fly up. Then after it finishes, it explodes, knocking down everyone who watches it.

2) Can other students throw firecrackers/pull pranks?

1) They are already lit
2) Yes. It can be annoying at times.

the people ive seen throw fire crackers are nerds.And greasers chuck them in the bike park mission i think chapter 2 or 3

a volcano 4000 is that firework thing you set on the ground and watch spark and blow up. to find it i  would pick locks on lockers to randomly find one. VERY randomly.
