A long time ago i played bully and i seen some girl picture is in the outside of the girls dorm? Who's that girl?

During the first chapter of the game, the picture is a part of Ted's president campgain, the girl isn't in free roam or missions, and well, she's just a pretty girl by Ted for his campgain.

I'm going to assume that's Christy on the left. Looks like she's wearing the (non-clique) female uniform, has red hair (if it were brown it'd obviously look darker like it is on Ted and Mendy), and it sort of looks like it's in a ponytail.

Yep. I think he was referring to the girl on the poster outside the girl's dorm. That's "Candy from Ohio".

For what i know...

Not every character was going to wear the red Uniforms, It was like hummm, different suits for everyone

Peanut's shirt confirms it, however they could have different coloured jackets just like in the final game.
