Title: What's hal write on complete mayhem??

why in complete mayhem(fight johnny)in cutscene we can't see what hal write?
but i found this:

No probably because of bad PC port s: I got it to see what it says on the xb360 version.

You can see it in the ps2 and wii versions too.

Actually for some reason they accidentally removed the code of spawing the Graffiti. thats all.

Like i said before the removed it accidentally, maybe.
