Title: Bully in RAGE?

If its possible to make Gta san andreas world in RAGE engine. It must be possible to do Bully in RAGE engine?

That's just a mod for GTA IV.

Yea i know, But it must be possible to do Bullworth map into gta 4

I saw a video of a guy who had attempted it.
It looked pretty bad and he had given up on it.
