what is actually N_Earnest fighting style?

Not really, it just controls in where he throws dinamites or something related to the dinamites.

also...why N_Ranged A can do slap in the air too?

No, the spudgun is just an animation of the mission.

And about that is just maybe because they wanted to make it different from N_Melee_A.
