Title: Side-By-Side Configuration

When trying to compile my scripts I get:
The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more details.

Any help would be appreciated as I really wanna get back to modding, and as I have tried writing my first new script as I gave up, this is bascilly my first, and It won't let me do it, and because it's a single one after a long long time, this is pissing me off, I've tried everything I can think of, if someone could get mad to look at this for me, he might be able to straight away pinpoint on what the problem is.

EDIT: Now I'm getting: luac: ralbg.lua:1: unexpected symbol near ` `'

Mate that's not gonna help me because CMD says it when I try and compile my scripts, and I didn't Pirate my BULLY, nor did I Windows, so This does not help me, but thanks for replying.

Can anyone please help, I wanna get back to modding but I can't because It's not letting me compile my scripts anymore.
