Title: The Candidate Mission Glitch and Interior

When I failed The Candidate Mission
I Wasn't Outside But Still in The Interior of auditorium
The Glitch:The People Still Stunned And Frozen When I Shoot Them It had no damage and they didn't attack me but they still can talk.but i still can go out but can't get back...
anyone know what's going on and had ever this glitch?*sorry with the bad english
