I believe asking something like this is illegal in our forum
Why don't u just download bully peds for GTA:SA;
and start your GTA:SA with that bully peds, and play your GTA:SA hot coffee

The staff cant not tell you that you dont have permission to do a mod.  So you can make it if you want.
