this may be a realllyyyy obvious question but can you wedgie and swirly prefects do the just bust you if you try

It's nearly impossible, but yes.

I've knocked them out before, it's not that hard. Just use a tree or something where they can't get to you.

When prefects get to you in yellow trouble mode, you can escape them. When it is red, you can either fight or run but they can take your ass down
