Title: Found Parts-can't get back to hobo

i got a few more resister parts for the hobo to learn sum more fightin moves but i cant get into his yard place???  any suggestions??

Same happend to me, it was no yellow light. But when i opend the buss door and left...and theeen came back again, the yellow light was there ^_^

Doesn't he only appear after school hours?

Not sure about this, it's just a guess. O___o
