Isn't this like the request section where you ask for mods?

Kind of, but with this. You request what you want. Maybe for example "Johnny with a jimmy haircut with fattys fighting style but with russells bully costume. This is a place where you can give details about what you want. As the request section if for people who ask for maybe Darbys boss style. Slight difference.
