I have found out that alot of the scripts on Bully for the Wii match the PC scripts. You can open the world.img, the Pedstats file, the IDE.img, and also the accessory.dat file to change what players are wearing on their heads. You cannot mod the textures at the moment because of odd file extensions which I cannot open because their are no modding tools for Bully on the Wii. I thought I would let you guys know to possibly start a Wii Bully modding scene. Thanks.

Its possible on all platforms. You just need to know what you are doing.
The hardest to mod would be the 360 version do to it using an entirely different engine than the PS2/Wii and PC versions.
So theoretically, yes, you can use PC mods on the PS2 and Wii copies of bully. You just need to know where to put the file and how to run it later.
The 360 on the other hand, afaik you need to do major tweaks. The 360 version sucks last i was told anyways. Constant lags and crashes.

How do you see the files? Do you put the cd in your pc? Or how can you see the files

I think u can't put PC mods into PS2 just like that, since for what I remember, the world.img for PC & PS2 is a bit different, PC use .nif & .nft file, PS2 use the same file like GTA SA the .dff & .txd file
and their title basicly different PC is Bully:SE & PS2 is Bully

Thats becuse the ps2 version uses the same engine as gta san andreas. But how can you mod on console?.

Just put the modified ISO on the Wii with a flashdrive or burn it, and then launch with CFG Usb Loader or Neogamma.
