He can dodge projectiles but not attacks. Also he can block Jimmy charged attacks.

The fighting style is DO_Edgar, the same one that he uses in his boss mission. It allows him to evade the pipe attacks (I haven't tried with other weapons) and he can pick it up if it is on the floor.
