Title: Rockstar map.

I want to explore the map, i was wondering if theres any program that can open the Bully Map.  i found a .col file in world.img,  I dont know what .col files are. Is that the map?

If there was a program to do something that awesome I think you'd hear about it. I'd like to do this  as well as add an editor like MTA but I don't know if that's gonna happen, at least not anytime soon.
