Title: Bully 2 not in development or rockstar is hiding something

I have just found about this bully community but anyway when Rockstar was streaming Grand Theft Auto IV they replied to another person in the chat with "we haven't announced any plans to do that". Oh and I think I have not worded the subject title for this correctly.

Of Course they haven't 'announced' anything, in that event we would know.

But at least they didn't deny any plans to do so.

The way they didn't deny it makes me think that they are indeed making Bully 2. I sort of already thought Bully 2 would be made though, due to things like "We don't immediately jump to sequels" and things like that. Especially I like how it said "we haven't ANNOUNCED any plans to do that" very true fact there, not plans announced. I think they are hiding plans that they do indeed have :)
