how to make bully play in windowed????

Cause Rockstar never implemented that feature on there PC port of Bully ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°). At least you can minimize Bully. :]

Its a program i dont know whats the name. But it makes that bully can be Runed in a window.

If i get the name out of my mind somewhere i post it.  xD
