I was listening to the voices that come from the rooms in the Boy's Dorm and I heard a quote from Pete. "Jimmy, if you wanna hang out, we'll be in the dorm down stairs."

In the beta version the boys dorm had two floors.

Which is totally illogical on Rockstar's behalf... I mean, the BOYS outnumber the GIRLS by HUGE figures! And yet, the girls STILL get a 10x bigger dorm than the boys do! Stupid.

Yeah, it's a shame. I can throw the Rubberband Ball up through the ceiling to the second floor of the Girl's Dorm for some reason, would have been a gas to do the same in a 2-story Boy's Dorm.

If they make a game too good, than in a couple of months it's would have become unpopular, and there would be barley any reason to make any good mods. So I'm kinda glad they removed it, because then we have the thrill of putting it back in to make it more awesome.

They do this on EVERY rockstar game. Take out the best stuff. This is what happens when developers get paranoid their games may be bad so they try to change current stuff. Just like capcoms RE2`s ORIGINAL version called RE 1.5. It leaked and fans all say its better than the final product.
Anyways, there are many sources that say the boys dorm was 2 floors. One of the best is a glitch in early PS2 copies that the game will render windows in the sky above the boys dorm from a distance. Anyways, it seems Bullworth is more bias toward females. Massive rules to not touch or hit them, they get a plush and up to date dorm with more rooms, bathrooms, etc.
While it can be slightly understood that the boys have a 1 story dorm, what i do not understand is:
1. Why do they not have their own Restroom? What happens when curfew hits? Do they pee and poo in bags or something?
2. Why does Jimmy have his own room, yet everyone else bunks together?
Its not to say perhaps, that there is an offscreen "Basement" under the dorm that the boys stay in, which would explain a lot. If you go outside, the dorm is high enough off the ground with a large foundation that the basement theory can be used, but other than that, no idea.
