Title: How do you do this mod?

I saw this video about modding the PedPop file:

Bully Scholarship Edition Mod Tutorial HD (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TWgWkoSnS3k&feature=player_embedded#ws)

But at the end I noticed Jimmy gets up right after being busted and I was wondering of anyone knows how to do this.

^I was curious about this as well.
Perhaps it's due to the fact that he got busted in the Boys Dorm?

I may have a logical explanetion : Maybe Busting isn't turned on in interors? Maybe prefects and stuff cant bust in interors (Except for the school)

No, you can get busted in the dorm.

He's probably using a trainer. It's also possible to do via lua, but I don't think this is the case.

Where do most these trainers come from? Or do these people make them for themselves?

Most of the cheats in the trainers don't work and the ones that do are not very useful... Also, I don't see that busted mod (or cheat) in any of the trainers.
