Title: how to change skin in ide

how am i exactly supposed to change this becuase alot of people do it this way but im not excatly sure on how to do it. do i just cut and paste or is there more to it.

The skin and model  is the first part of the characters code in the ide. For example:
Dolead_Russell....Dolead_Russell_W....

Swap Jimmy's model with another character including the dots.

Then you have to edit world.img but this is harder to explain so look for a tutorial (there are a lot of skin replacement tutorials).
