Title: Make prefects/police/teachers bust anyone

Is there any way to do this? And I don't just mean bust the girls, but also the little kids, adults, and maybe each other (not sure how that last one would work though).

Change the stats of the characters. Ex: Sheldons stats needs to be changed through ide and. Just put anyone elses stats and save it.

It doesnt affect there fighting style. Just there stats.

But then wouldn't that mean that the other person who's stats I used to replace Sheldon's won't get busted?

Cops manually bust anyone if they want to.
The ones in the cop Suv bust females only due to their script unknowing who they going against.

Actually it changes their fighting class, which determines what grappling attacks does a ped have.

So I tried the whole thing with becoming a girl, but the problem is, the only people who fight back are the ones who would get busted normally.
