Title: Spawn Points in LUA

Can somebody help me with the X,Y,Z coords to spawn to these locations?

Outside the Observatory
Outside the Blue Balls
Outside the Spencer Warehouse
I'm trying to explore the map without going through the game. (Then the doors stay locked  :'( )

You can use Madman coords graber to get them.
