No, it was. I remember, I think Barba or someone requested it and he got his wish, but after awhile it was removed.

I defiantly know for sure that it was added.

Well... There aren't enough spanish modders to make a section.

As deadpool said, there's not enough spanish modders to devote a full board to. It would be best in starting a topic and seeing how it goes.
