1.I extrat the file
2.I rename it to nif
3.I extract is texture
4.I replace the texture
5.this error

Sounds to me like a corrupted nif file. It is easy to do with bully due to the fact that the nif files use some strange tags in the files and nifskope sometimes has problems due to that.
