Mind you, this is only for the PS2 version.  I can't say whether its the same or different in the Wii, XBox 360, and PC versions.

During 'This is Your School'
- Classic Bullworth Cap

After 'Go to Class'

During and After 'Halloween Pranks'

Start of Chapter 2

- Cut Off Camo Shorts

Of course every article of clothing on this list can be purchased from one of the four clothing shops (with the exception of the Werewolf Mask and Bandit Mask).

I kinda forgot you could get clothes from picking locks. And I already spent all my money buying clothes ffffff

Well, actually I thought the only thing you could get was the cap, since I've only gotten books or flowers or whatever else after that. On the PS2 version, mind you.

Yeah its very random.  Halloween night and Christmas morning are the two best times to find stuff for obvious reasons.   ;)
