Title: Help!Somebody know where are the font files?

Hello,everyone!
I want to translate this game.
I've already found the font *.pic files,and changed into .tga,
But at first I need to know which file define the word's position in the *.pic, if I want to add new words into the font files.
Can anybody help me find the file or how it work, please?

P.S. sorry for my poor English.

i'm assuming its done by editing the language files perhaps through hex or notepad?

theirs another topic somewhere i'll have too look tonight when i get back
