Title: Prefects can't do their grapple on Jimmy?

I've set the Prefects to students and they can't do their bust grapple on me, yet they do it to everyone else. How do I get them to do the bust grab on me?

That grapple only works if the ped faction is related to some authority like prefect or cop.

To be precise:

The grapples authorities use on other students from a standstill is an autobust (they reach in with one hand), regardless of trouble meter. Now if it was a running grapple, then it depends on the offense.

In the case of the player though, they're set to use a normal grapple (both hands), and it has the same effect as a running grapple in that it depends on your trouble meter whether you can escape or not.
