^ What Deadpool said, pedstats is usually automatically a notepad opened file, don't bother opening it with HxD, notepad is much easier for these sort of things.

bullyfan123,

Read this tutorial through fully and carefully. It explains everything and it doesn't get much easier then that m8.

If you still are a bit unsure or confused after reading that guide through just pm me and I will do what I can to help you learn the ropes of this.

The main thing to always do is keep clean backup copies of your bully files in a safe location to avoid reinstalling the game later on. What I usually do is simply make a folder on my desktop or in my documents and call it Bully File Backups and simply copy the entire Rockstar Games folder to there and anytime I mess up on a file I just simply navigate to that backup folder and find the file in one of the game folders there....and copy the original file back where the messed up one is and thats all taken care of.

To copy files just right click on the file when you are in the game folder....select copy from the context menu that pops up from right clicking.....go where you want to copy the file to and just right click anywhere that is not on a file name itself and select paste from the same menu that pops up from right clicking....and the file will be copied. Windows may ask you to confirm copying the file if you have UAC (user account control) enabled.
