hi im new but i was wondering if there was a download or some1 can make me a fully working petey skin with fightstyle if you could then pls

There are plenty of good tutorials here.
Attempting to do this by yourself is much more rewarding.

Otherwise, I can't help you ATM since I'm working on GTA Deathmatch.
